The website of Umbrella BG Ltd., www.umbrellabg.com collects, processes and stores personal data of visitors for the purposes of advertising, sale and delivery of beach, garden, commercial umbrellas and accessories for outdoor use.

Types of personal data we collect and process

When issuing an invoice

  • Name, city, address, manager, company VAT number, client
  • First and Last name of the client

When processing orders made by phone or email

  • First and Last name
  • telephone number
  •  delivery address

Personal data made by phone/ email or at our physical address is collected for:

  • delivery of products
  • information for payments, product exchanges and returns
  • tracking of dispatched items
  •  changes of order statuses
  • invoicing
  • Compliance with the provisions of the laws, court decisions, legal orders and decisions of the authorities and supervisory authorities. This includes using your personal data to collect and verify accounting data and comply with accounting policies;

  •  Data collected for orders – 5 years after the date of the order
  •  Data in connection with the collection and verification of accounting data and compliance with accounting – accounting records and financial statements, including documents for tax control, audit and subsequent financial inspections are stored for 10 years from 1 January of the reporting period following the reporting period, for which refer; all other carriers of accounting information – three years, as of January 1 of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they refer;
  •  Data provided on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal, in the manner provided, including through the functionality of the site or by deletion, and in respect of the site – and until the expiration of 5 years from the date of your last visit, which of the two is rather;

Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if it is incorrect, including the addition of incomplete personal data. You can do this by contacting us with a written request, after proper verification of your identity;

 Right of deletion in the following cases

  • Elimination of the need for processing;
  • Withdrawal of consent when processing is based on consent;
  • Illegal data processing;
  • Legal obligation to delete;

The right to be deleted is not an absolute right and may not be respected in the cases provided by law or due to lack of proper authentication of your identity.

Right to limit processing when:

In the event of a correction, deletion or restriction of processing, we will notify any recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort.

Right to portability of machine readable data, according to which:

  • we provide the data directly to you; or
  • at your request and technical possibility, the data is provided to another administrator of your choice;

Right to object to the processing on the basis of a legitimate interest:

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party. The administrator will not continue to process your personal data unless it is proven that there are compelling legal grounds for doing so that take precedence over your interests and rights or due to litigation and other procedural and extra-procedural actions as required.

Right to object to direct marketing:

You have the right to object to the receipt of marketing messages, including profiling and analysis for direct marketing purposes.

 Right to complain to a supervisory authority in the Member State of my usual place of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if I consider that the processing of my personal data infringes the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. On the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the seat of the Administrator is located and the physical sites of Umbrella BG are located, the supervisory body is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

The above rights are exercised by a written request in a form specified by the Administrator, which you can obtain at the seat of the Administrator or electronically upon request to the Data Protection Officer and fill in an electronic form received in response with the necessary documents.

You will receive an answer to your inquiry within one month of receiving your written request.
